3rd Ward Flu Clinic

Alderman Dowell, in partnership with the Chicago Department of Public Health and EverThrive Illinois, is hosting a flu clinic for 3rd Ward residents. As you know, flu vaccination can reduce illnesses, doctors’ visits, missed work, hospitalizations and even deaths. Remember that young children and seniors are more at risk of severe illness, so making sure everyone in your ward is vaccinated can protect the most vulnerable. A new vaccination is needed every year because (1) flu viruses are always changing and (2) protection from vaccination declines over time.

Where: 3rd Ward Public Service Office (5046 S. State St.)

When: Thursday, October 5th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
