Green Homes Chicago will provide up to $50,000 in free energy upgrades to help low-income homeowners go electric. Upgrades may include new insulation, heat pump HVAC systems, and more.
1-4 unit owner-occupied properties (excluding condos or mixed0use properties) that are the owner’s primary and only residents, who earn up to 80% of the Area Median Income are eligible for the program.
