CDPH Immunization clinics provide vaccines for children 0 through 18 years of age whose parents or guardians are unable to pay. Currently, we serve uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid (Title XIX) insured and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP; also known as Title XXI or state-funded) individuals for routine childhood vaccinations. CDPH anticipates 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccines will start arriving to pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and CDPH Immunization clinics September through October of 2025. We will update our website once they are available at CDPH Vaccination clinics. This fall, CDPH anticipates having updated seasonal 2025-2026 flu and COVID-19 vaccines at CDPH clinics for any Chicago resident regardless of insurance status. People with insurance are encouraged to get updated seasonal COVID-19 and flu vaccines through their pharmacy or healthcare provider if possible.
The CDPH Immunization clinics provide services to all Chicago residents. You may be asked to show proof of residence.
