The Department of Planning and Development is currently accepting Community Development Grant (CDG) applications for more than $250,000. CDGs support local commercial, mixed-use and light manufacturing projects. Eligible costs include pre-development, new construction and renovations. Applications are open to business owners, property owners, community developers, and entrepreneurs.
