Driving Change: Town Hall Is Going Virtual

Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias recently launched Driving Change, a statewide advocacy campaign to hold insurance companies accountable for skyrocketing rate increases.

We understand that you are juggling a lot right now. That’s why we’ve decided to make it easier on Illinoisans to attend the August 20^th town hall virtually, so that everyone can add their voice, from the comfort of their own home, about the importance fair and affordable auto rates. Right now, auto insurance rates are not being based on your driving record but instead on your zip code, age and credit score.

We want to hear from you. Join us for this virtual town hall on August 20^th. Over the next several weeks, we will continue to host virtual town halls in different regions of the state to gather feedback from Illinoisans and offer residents the opportunity to share their story.
